1. Responsible for the overall company online & digital marketing.
2. Propose, develop, plan & execute media campaign, strategies to acquire new customers and business target.
3. Monitor and measure campaigns performances and provide feedbacks to 4. improve marketing results.
Improve brand awareness and promote good customer rapport.
5. Responsible for managing the company social media channel including Facebook, LINE, Instagram, Official Website etc.
6. Oversee day-to-day social media activities, engage and respond to customers enquiries on a daily basis.
7. Collaborate and work closely with related department to brainstorm growth strategies.
8. Perform research on customer insight, trends, using digital marketing tools to analyze and suggest improvement with appropriate plans
9. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
10. Set specific objectives and report on ROI
11. Manage budget and costs to ensure efficiency of the marketing activities.
1. Bechlor degree in Advertising/Media or related field
2. Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience on digital marketing and social media management.
3. Strong in content/copy writing/sales message
4. Experience in Meta Advertisements (especially Facebook Ads Managers)
5. Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing and affiliate program.
6. Possess strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
7. Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Able to converse in English
